Jumpstyle Blogging....2am ramblings and the muddleness that is my brain // Welcome to the crazy journey that is my life

”We’re taking the Train…”

Here we are again, on a train. Heaven if I was Sheldon, though I am probably sitting on the wrong side or in the incorrect carriage, he’d have some issue with it. Guess which carriage I am in? Yes I am in Coach D, again. I seem to like being in here and it has become a thing when travelling this journey. Yet to leave the station, train seems busier than it was the last time I took this train to Reading and there is a kid, a noisy one. So headphones it is.

Shall try to not make this a blog entry purely about my train journey but I can‘t make any promises. Life isn’t exactly exciting and nothing much is happening that is worth writing about. So I guess you lucky folks shall get to read about my observations over the next 3 and a bit hours.

Currently *listening* to ‘’Fat Freddy’s Drop’’ musical awesome I was introduced to by my housemate, Sinky. Not sure what genre you’d call it, guess it [INSERT GENRE] but it makes my ears happy. Oooo train has started moving, thinking I may put the window blind down as I am sat on the side of the train onto which  sun is a shining.  See ya laters Manchester…probably in December. Actually most likely in December.

Judging by the luggage the people on the coach have with them, I’d make a sweeping statement that most of these folks have been somewhere for the weekend and are now returning home.  I decided to leave the trumpet at home and have my parentals bring it down next weekend when they visit. means less hassle to carry it today, think I’ll survive one more week without it.  I has cookies….my favourite kind, Oatmeal and raisin and the possible source of all my power…Pepsi Max, seriously me and Sinky should be sponsored by them, we collectively must make up about 80% of their sales (That is an unofficial non-verified stat that I just made up). Whomever it was in marketing that came up with teaming that new Dorito flavour and the new Pepsi together…channelled it perfectly for us, they are two staples  in our house along with cheese and pesto.

There is a fair few noisy folk in this coach, I heard a mention of beer…oh dear. Manchester Piccadilly was full of rags, think heading to  London? Going to  be tough seeing as it appeared most Virgin trains heading to London Euston seemed to be cancelled or delayed. Yet more reasons to laugh at them, it may seem like I ( as well as others) are milking this but I think we SO deserve to…I mean top of the table and we beat em nay thrashed them big time.

If you regularly read my blog, you will know that I tend to write whatever pops into my head at that moment unless its a specifically planned deal. Hence many of my blogs are a series of disjointed statements and this is a habit I am very unlikely to break from, just a FYI.

Hello Stoke (again) …nothing exciting to report…I am now *listening  to ‘’The Quemists’’ slight change in pace. Stoke has a lot of chimneys, chimney is a funny word…I always when I was younger thought it was spelt Chimmley…as that is how I pronounce it. *moving on*

Housemate has just arrived back at the house, after being in Seattle for a week. This mean he was greeted by the huge package that arrived last Tuesday…the mass of bean bag filling that I left in the living room. Its HUGE! Oh and also the ‘’Go Cows’’ poster I made, which if you have ever watched ‘’South Park’’ you will understand what I mean.

I have two hours and 20 mins left of this journey…might watch some ‘’Happy Endings’’. Started watching it last night, it’s not too bad, funny enough. Boy this is a packed train. Want to put the blind down but the guy in front is leaving on the window. This train is SO full, I now have a kid sat next to me, oh joy.  Oh she left…but her mum just sat down …there goes my track record (pun intended).

Birmingham, people leave the train and are instantly replaced by MORE people. Squish…past me remind future me never to travel on this train on a Sunday.

Had to stop writing at this point as someone sat next to me and I didn’t feel comfy writing the blog with someone watching. Instead I watched ‘’Happy Endings’’. Writing this now I am back in Reading, sat listening to ‘’The Postal Service’’

Made Curry for dinner….Chicken rogan josh, twas yummy and the rice was lots better than the last batch. I managed to finish eating almost at the same time as Sinky, who’s the slow eater now. (so I got a head start as he was sorting out computer issue, wasn’t cheating)

Plan for rest of the day, not much it is now mostly all done, need to unpack and stuff at some point but right now, watching ”Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy”  funny times ”The arsonist has oddly shaped feet!”

catch ya’ll laters
